The biggest news out of GDC this year was that this november we will have gears of war 2 .

I was lucky to get in the beta and in truth its a very good game as was call of duty 4 .

However that's the point its a call of duty 4 clone with a world war 2 back drop.

Theres some nice touches like the dogs and the whole game was running smooth , but i was getting the same problem i did in the cod 4 beta i enter a room there no one there move forword and bam im shot dead watch the kil cam and it says there was a guy to the left of me in the same room WTF there was no one there lol.

sorry about having to jump offline last night so sudden but i have been working all weekend and was very tired so getting owned at gow was not helping, as was the fact that it was 16-17 year old sweatys doing the owning. I only wish i was that age and could put as much time into playing and i would serve them lol. still i would like to get them on graw or vegas and see who comes out on top.

Yup blu-ray wins hd format war for now.

it good in one way but a competative market always works out cheaper for the consumer .

in one sence its a good thing that microsoft kept the hd dvd player as a add on as if it was the main disc drive there might have been a problem.

Ok whos about tonight ? im right in thinking as its good friday tomorrow and most people are off , there be a few of us on VEGAS 2 tonight ?

My first impression is its still a solid a quality game to play , however that said tho there's really not that much of a improvement over the last one for my liking.

Best thing so far are the maps , think there a lot better than most in vegas 1 .
